There are many areas in our home that influence our career path.  Each career life needs to be cleaned out and cleared of any unwanted clutter before a new path begins.  It is important to do this to assess the career sections of the home and to ensure that our career does not become blocked for any reason.

The career life area is located in the north part of the home based on the Compass school and the black hat school uses the front part of the home in the center.  Both schools use the same cures for enhancing the area.  They are different locations in the home that is the real and only difference.

The curs that are used for the career life are blue and black for the color, water is the element, the number is 6, and the shape is wavy.  You can accent a room with a blue picture or anything else that has a blue and black look to it.  The best pictures to use would be the ones that represent your career.

You can choose a doctor picture, businessman picture, or one that uses a teacher and a child in it if you are a teacher.  The list can go on forever.  Just find something that uses your career and makes a statement in your home.

The shape of your career is wavy so you should use water as your cure.  You should pick cures that are soft and that do not have much structure to it. You may want to use a water fountain in your home.  This would be a great use of the wavy look and you should make sure that this fountain is in good working order at all times.

You can use bamboo in the room and choose up to six other flowers as well to incorporate the number six into your room.  When you are thinking about your career, use multiples of six when you can.  Books will be a great inspiration for your goals.   Read as much as you can on the subject and this will bring you closer to getting the career goals that you want and that you are looking for in your life.

Make sure that you are documenting all of your achievements.  Keep in mind everything that you have done and keep record of it.  Make sure that you are keeping all of your successes in plaques or showcased around your home.  This will make your achievements seem greater and add some great energy for your home and your career too.

Feng Shui is the ancient art of placing objects in an environment in a way that creates positive energy.  This will leave a balance for the people that live there. This is a form of natural design that is about two thousand years old.  It does take a lot of information to master the perfection of it.

There are certain things that you have to do in your home so that you do not have any bad energy in it.  The Feng Shui way of decorating will take time and you will have to learn all of the fundamentals of how to make it all work and pull it all together at once.

Objects or furniture that has sharp edges are set at an angle and should not point towards a seating place.  This will create negative pressure like having a sharp object pointed at you.  Chandeliers should not hang above a chair.  This will create a weight above you like a weight on your shoulders.  Moreover, you should never be expected to sit below a heavy object.

Never put a sofa or bed under a beam.  This may create health problems.  Do not use black lampshades either.  For the Chinese, this will implies a funeral or casket.  This is not something that you want to have associate with your home.  A house that is level is the best in Feng Shui terms.  If you have a sunken room, this will allow positive energy to flow down and get trapped.  It is not a good Feng Shui room to have in your home.

Avoid having a front door that is in direct line to the back door.  This is not a problem if the person is the house never uses the front door as an entrance.  That is the only real way of not having to worry about where the door is placed.  Moving the furniture around in the house and in the office is going to create space that will make you feel empowered as you are never back against the door again.

That is all part of the Feng Shui way of life.  You need to be prepared to make hard decisions about what is going where and how you need to decorate your home.  You should not have to do too much different in your home with the new look.  Most of the designs are about common sense and usually most of the decorating is already done before the person learns all about the art of Feng Shui.

If you are looking for a great new design, you may want to have a Feng Shui look brought to your home.  You can accomplish your style with all the looks that you want and have the Feng Shui design added in as well.  So many great things involving Feng Shui will bring fun and creativity to you home at the same time.

You can find great ideas from different designers that have been very successful in the Feng Shui look.  They have made the ordinary homes look fun and bold again with this great way of design.  You can have a great look and comfort at the same time.

Usually the only rules that are made about the furniture that you use in a Feng Shui home is where you put it in the room.  You can have just about any style that you want as long as you put it in the right spot in the room.  This means that you do not have to sacrifice style and comfort for the Feng Shui way of life.

You can have comfortable furniture that will match your homes décor.  There are so many things that you can choose from to bring the look that you want and they will also match your accessories that you want to add for the Feng Shui look.  Getting what you want with the statues and the flowers that you place throughout your home is going to be anything that you want and still allow for fun and creativity at the same time.

You can learn a lot from looking at the different homes that are already styled with the popular look of Feng Shui.  You can use these ideas as a great tool to keep you in touch with what you are going to want and need for your Feng Shui look and feel.  There is no right or wrong way to decorate your home as long as you are comfortable and happy with your choices.  You can use the accessories to decorate your home later.  This is going to make all the difference when you are trying to bring Feng Shui to your room.

This is your home and the most important thing is that you are comfortable and happy with your choices.  You do not have to take anything that you do not want for your home.  The key is to be happy and live well with the Feng Shui look that you choose.

Feng Shui is the ancient Chinese study of the movement of energy.  It is about how the environments in which we live and work have an effect on our physical, emotional and spiritual well being.  This is something that you can do for most homes and allow positive energy to flow through.

Feng Shui believers think that changing the colors; furniture placement and organization of a home can change a person's life.  These colors and movement can affect everything from wealth, health, and happiness.

According to the Feng Shui philosophy, the entry way should be free of obstructions to allow chi in and the door should open fully so that it can flow freely in your home and to bring good energy to your lifestyle.  You can do whatever is necessary to make your entryway more inviting and a happier place for you and your guests.

Keep things tidy and organized in your home.  This is one symbol of the Feng Shui way of living.  You want to have everything in its place, this will make the home feel more in line, and you will be in control of the space.  Do not allow things to be scattered around and give everything a place to be.  This will allow the home to have better energy and you can find things better too. Those who visit your home will feel the energy of the room even if they are not aware of Feng Shui.

Make a space near the entry of your home for people to take their shoes off.  You can have this space neat and comfortable as well.  Leave a chair for them to sit on and a mat to place the shoes neatly.  This will help to keep the energy of the outside away from the interior of your home.  It will also keep the dirt and grime out of your home too.

Remember to have plants and flowers around the home as well.  Use fresh flowers daily to make the home appear happier and more energetic.  You can use the colors that you want to make the home take on your personality and give it a happier and healthier feel as well.

With these tips, you can make your home the perfect place to retreat and have a Feng Shui getaway that will bring happiness and wealth to your home.  This positive energy will be a great way to keep your mind and body free from toxins that can give you stress and bad karma.

When you have negative energy in your home, you are going to have bad things happen.  Bad vibes are created by negative experiences that become blocked in the essence of people and things.  Before you let something or someone in your home, you need to remove all the old and bad experiences that have been connected to them.

Inviting disliked guests into the home is the number one reason why people have negative vibes in their home.  We often let family members into the home even though they are unkind to us or bring negative reactions to us.   If you have a lot of these members in your family, met them somewhere else so you avoid having the bad energy in your home, and prevent the disruption of your life, this way their bad energy is not coming into your living space.

The death of a loved one is hard to deal with.  Sometimes we have their ashes to make us feel better.  Their ashes have to be freed to allow you to start a new chapter in your life.  You must let their energy go so that you can have your energy be regained.  It may be hard to do at first, but you will end up seeing the reasons behind it and accepting it.

Dried flowers are a bad vibe.

They are dead and you want to have living flowers be the only ones that enter your home.  They are not only bad; they are dust collectors and need to be thrown away.  You should also only accept gifts that are given from the heart.  Never take a present from anyone that is negative to you or to your family.

Try to keep other people's stuff out of your home.  You do not want to take junk from yard sales and bring it into your home.  This will only allow room for clutter and you do not know what type of energy they had before. This is a bad idea and you should get rid of anything that is not yours immediately to ensure that you are not going to have bad vibes enter your home.

You should not allow anything that represents violence into your home.  This will include pictures, music, videos, and anything else that may have negative thoughts in them.  You have to have harmony and peace in your home so that you can have it in your heart and in your mind.  This is the only way to keep out the bad vibes and to practice great Feng Shui living.

These days there are so many homes that are filled with clutter.  There is only one solution to this problem and that is to rid our lives of it.  You can clean a room a million times and still have the same clutter that you had before.  You have to be willing to part with it and bring some freshness to your home.

In Feng Shui, each level of the home will represent a part of life.  The past, present, and the future.  It is important to keep these levels clear from clutter so that we can live a happy and outstanding life.  Take the time to learn the levels and what it means to use them wisely.

The basement is going to represent the past.  Go through your basement and see what is kept there.  You may find that you have many old things that you are going to no longer need. Find out what you want to keep and what you can throw away.  Do not be afraid to throw things that you have no use for.  Organize it and keep it neat so that you can find what you are looking for in the future.

The main living area of the home will represent the present.  You will want to have a space that you can relax and feel comfortable in.  This level can be cluttered the most with our daily lives spread out all over for everyone to see.  The only time that we clear it all away is when we are expecting company and then we throw it all to the basement or the attic.  We need to pack up the old and allow room for the new.  This is the only way that we can have a truly happy life.  This will also allow you to live in the moment and that is so necessary for a Feng Shui lifestyle.

The upper level is the room that represents the future.  Bedroom is usually found there and this will be the safe haven for us to dream.  We have to have a space that will allow us to have sweet dreams and a happy life.  There are no boundaries when we are asleep.  This is where we face our fears and dream our future.  It is so important to clear out the clutter and organize it so that we can make room for our new dreams to come in and to eventually come true.

If you have children and want to practice Feng Shui, you are going to have to rid your home of the toy clutter. This is something that every household that has children has to face.  It is going to be difficult to clear away the old toys, but it is going to be worth it in the end.

You should first choose the place to begin the toy organization process.  Think of the way to incorporate the toys into the room.  Check out all the space in the room and decide.  You may want to invest in a table for the room that has drawers and label them for the children to find what they are looking for.  You should also make sure that the child put the toys back into the right-labeled drawer so that they can find them easier.  This will include everything from toys, books, and anything else that is cluttering up the room.

Make sure that everything has its own place.  You can use boxes with labels as well and this will give you more room.  You should go through these boxes and throw out the old at least once a month to avoid more clutter becoming apparent.  Place the coloring things like crayons and pens in a plastic bag.  This will keep them together and allow the child easier access to them.

Try to not purchase toys if possible.  Walk past that isle in the store even though it is tough on you and the child.  Only buy when it is a birthday or another special occasion and not every time you go to the store.  This will limit the amount of toy clutter that you have in your home.

Being creative with the children is the best way to eliminate clutter.  Design your home to be functional and not to impress your friends.  Make sure that you have enough toy chests and boxes in the home to keep the clutter off the floor. This will also help the kids to have easier access to what they want to play with at that moment.

Organization is the best control in any cluttered situation.  It is never too late to be organized.  Bring the whole family in on the fun of organization.  They can learn how to keep their rooms neat and clean as well.  Make sure that you also go through the clutter at least once a month and have a place to throw all the old stuff.  You can have a box for keeping and one for giving away.  Keep the sentimental things in a box in the basement or attic and give the unwanted items to charity.

Any bathroom in a home that believes in Feng Shui will symbolize wealth.  This is because of the water systems that are in the room.  Cleaning the bathroom is something that we all have to do and it should be at the top of your priority list.  This will increase your wealth on a regular basis.  You can use a few simple tips to keep the bath neat and organized as well.

You should start by taking everything out of the room.  This means the rugs, soap, toilet paper, shower curtains etc.  Leave nothing behind unless it is a permanent fixture.  Clean the room from the top to the bottom dusts all of the corners, remove the lighting fixtures, and clean there as well.

Take a sponge and clean the walls and the moldings.  Use a little bit of cleanser in the water and you will have a sparkling shine.  You should use the recommended method according to the material that is on the walls.

Next, you should do the toilet.  You need to wear rubber gloves and use a paper towel and cleaner to do the rim and outside of the toilet.  Throw that away when you are done.  You can use the cleaner of your choice to do the inside of the toilet.  Take the toilet brush and clean it well or throw it away.  This will ensure that all the germs are taken away from the bathroom.

Clean the mirrors and make sure that they shine.  You will then want to move on to the bathtub and shower.  Get that ring out of the tub and make sure that you are using the right cleaner for the material.  You may have to put some elbow grease behind this cleaning job, but it will shine when you are finished.  You may want to do the tub at least once a week to make sure that you are keeping up with it.

You will then wash the floors.  Try cleaning the carpets in the wash at least once a month and let them air dry.  Use some natural cleaners to do the floors.  They will sell them in the stores or you can use some vinegar and water to make the dirt disappear and the floor shine.

You will want to add some scent to the room as well.  Use some lemon oil or any other great smelling fragrance that you like in the room.  You can use a spray bottle to mist it throughout the room for added scent.  If you do have a window in the bathroom, leave it open for a little while to let the fresh air into the room.

One your room is cleaned; you can then begin bringing back the items to your room. Clean them as you go and make sure that you are bringing it all back. You can enjoy your clean bathroom and all the wealth that it is worth.  This will add to the enhancement of being Feng Shui.

Some gardens look good and they will make you feel good as well.  A great Feng Shui garden will make anyone feel their best and give them great energy to use as well.  This form of design and gardening has been around for over two thousand years.  It is catching on more and more in the United States because more people are finding out what it is all about.

Beautiful gardens are like wonderful rooms.  They are going to have elements that include texture color, height, sight, and smell.  These elements are going to bring emotion and message with them.  This is the power of a special room or garden that is designed around Feng Shui.  You can place a flower or sculpture in a space and mood is then installed.

You may want to create a curving path in your garden with stones or rocks.  Have some form of water in the garden as well.  You should have a fountain, birdbath or sprinkler system in there somewhere.  Water is a positive energy form when Feng Shui is concerned.  You should also have something in the background like a wall, stones, or plants.  This will offer support for your garden and offer a better Feng Shui look.

Believers in Feng Shui know that good Feng Shui design will reflect nature.  Planting flowers and scattering them around throughout the home inside and out achieve this.  You should not place them in a straight line because this will push the energy out too quickly.

Color is very important as well.  You need to have colors that will make you feel good.  Each color should mean something.  Fame and reputation is represented by the color red.  Yellow is the color for health and healing.  Purple will represent money and wealth.  Pink means relationship and marriage.  In the Chinese beliefs, peonies will represent longevity and relationship.

You may also want to add some great energy to your garden with a wonderful statue.  You should pick something that means something to you and that is special.  If you have one that was given to you as gift, this would be the perfect piece to you in your garden.  You may consider having a gazing ball. These are said to deflect negative energy on the home.  Wind chimes will move energy any time you feel bored and you feel the need to start it flowing again.

Make sure that you create a place to sit and appreciate what you have accomplished in your garden.  This will allow you to sit and enjoy the positive energy that you have created for you and your home.

If you are decorating your home and you want to have some plants included, you may want to get some of the following types to use.  They are the perfect accents to any home that wants to have the theme and to make the home more beautiful as well.  You cannot go wrong when you decide to use these great ideas around your home.

Bamboo is a great idea and it will be a plant that will grow in all conditions.  It makes no difference what type of lighting you have, it will grow.  They can be planted in rocks or in soil and they only need water to keep their roots wet.  They are an excellent choice for kitchens and bathrooms.

Palms are another great idea for any Feng Shui home.  They are good in any room and make a great divider.  Place them in a great looking container and you will only have to water them when it is needed. This is a great conversation piece and it will stay true to the Feng Shui theme.

Rubber plants are going to have round leave and are a great symbol for good fortune for anyone that is practicing the Feng Shui way of life.  The Dracaena is another hot topic to use throughout the home.  This is a great and sturdy plant that will look awesome in any room of the home or even makes an office work great.

Ivy is a fun plant to work with.  You can use this great looking plant anywhere in the home and it will bring some softness and great lines to your home.  Drape it around a TV or a doorway to get the maximum results.  Hanging baskets are another super idea.  You should choose plants that have round and bright leaves.  They are a great display in any home and will bring some life to it as well.

Ficus is one of the nicest plants to use in any Feng Shui home.  This plant is able to take a lot of toxins out of a room.  They are a great choice for a nice look and a healthy home.  You can also use kitchen herbs to dress up your home.  Herbs will do great in the inside climates and they are easy to care for.  Lavender is another superb idea and will add peace and comfort to your home.

Changing up some fresh flowers in your home is another great Feng Shui idea. This will add color and spontaneity in your home as well.  There is no better smell in the world either than a bouquet of fresh cut flowers.
